Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Monthly
