Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.


Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Monthly


Job Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract

Contract Length: 24 months
