Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability across on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility at all points of sale.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support inventory management initiatives, including stock availability, stock rotation, and new product launches.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales representatives within the assigned territory.
- Set performance targets, monitor team productivity, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
- Represent the company's vision, mission, and values in all business interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5–9 years of proven experience in the wines and spirits industry.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of route-to-market strategies and territory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Candidates must reside within Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, or surrounding areas.
Remuneration: NGN 600,000-800,000 Monthly
