BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING OFFICER – BULAWAYO

We are a growing software development company looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Officer.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, business growth, digital marketing, client engagement, and customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening our brand presence, and supporting customer relationships while working closely with our software development team.

Minimum Qualifications
National Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
Degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Business Development
Computer literacy is essential

Strong business development and sales skills
Digital marketing and social media management
Branding, content creation, and online engagement
Graphic design skills are an added advantage
Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads
Excellent customer service and client relationship management

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to confidently market software products and IT services
Good understanding of technology and software systems
Creative thinker with innovative business ideas
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with developers
Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure
Strong references/recommendations will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities
Market and promote the company’s software products and IT services
Manage digital marketing campaigns and online brand visibility
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide professional customer support and follow-up services
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries and projects
Work closely with developers to improve customer experience
Contribute innovative ideas and growth strategies
Assist in expanding the company’s market presence and visibility
