PayGenius is a fintech startup offering merchants a simple platform to accept online payments in multiple currency. Our mission is to simplify and automate payments in Africa. We focus primarily on the travel sector.


We are looking for an experienced business developer to grow our merchant base, build partnerships and manage existing accounts.

The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast pace online environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit, good communication skills, self awareness and high professional standards.


Your mission :

  • Grow the merchant base within the travel and e-commerce sector

  • Consolidate the relationship with existing merchants

  • Ensure competitive intelligence, seek for new potential business opportunities and partnerships

  • Contribute to the marketing effort (website, SEO, campaigns, etc.)

  • Assist in product innovation and development strategies



Requirements

Your profile

  • B.S. preferred

  • Experience in SaaS type of sales

  • Ability to set priorities and provide sales reports

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) - Proficiency of English language essential

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast pace environment

  • Goal and results oriented individual who can accomplish tasks at a fast pace
