Key Responsibilities

Sales & Telesales Execution

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads to build trust and convert prospects into clients.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Business Development & Account Management

  • Prospect, develop, and close new strategic deals at individual and corporate levels.
  • Develop contact strategies and Account Development Plans (ADPs) for allocated accounts.
  • Build and grow multi-faceted client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the decision-making process within accounts to ensure opportunities are closed.
  • Provide thought leadership at C-level and demonstrate understanding of client business strategies.

Operational & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM (Zoho).
  • Ensure full integration of quality management processes in daily sales activities.
  • Provide sales performance data to support management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR license provisions, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Recruiters, Finance, HR, Customer Support).


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in Business Development, Telesales, or Account Management (B2B preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong needs-based selling and consultative sales ability.
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
