We are looking for a reliable and professional Call Centre Agent to join our team. This hybrid role combines client-facing call centre work with field-based driving tasks, making it ideal for someone who can bridge office strategy and on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including debt collection

Conduct field visits and client follow-ups

Plan and optimise daily routes using navigation tools

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Draft letters and manage correspondence

Attend virtual and in-person briefing sessions

Ensure professional and courteous client communication at all times
Requirements:

1–2 years’ call centre experience
-
Minimum 3 years debt collection experience.

Strong route-planning and navigation skills

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Well-presented with high emotional intelligence
-
Ability to maintain professional relationships in challenging situations.
