One of our Client in the funeral industry is looking for Call Centre Operator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support.
  • Provide accurate information about services.
  • Record details of customer interactions in the database accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.  
REQUIREMENTS:
  • School Certificate
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
  • Ready to Work on SHIFT SYSTEM, WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
  • Ability to Multitask  
  • IT Literate & Apt to work on CRM software
