About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Carrier Business Sales Manager to drive sales of Mobility and A2P solutions in the telecom carrier / wholesale market. This role focuses on revenue growth, business development, bid management, and maintaining strong client relationships across Southern Africa.
Key Responsibilities

Sell Mobility and A2P solutions to carrier clients

Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets

Identify opportunities and secure RFP / RFI invitations

Present competitive telecom solutions

Manage bids from submission to closure

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Handle pricing, quotations, and commercial negotiations

Manage carrier contracts
Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Minimum 7 years telecom sales experience

At least 3 years hands-on experience in the wholesale / carrier market

Strong understanding of telecom carrier business models

Proven negotiation and commercial skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience selling A2P, IPX, IP-VPN, or colocation services

Exposure to mobile solutions or device sales

Multilingual skills beyond English
