Responsibilities:
● Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately; issue receipts and maintain records
● Assist customers with basic inquiries
● Maintain a tidy counter and ensure proper documentation
● Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
● Support team during peak hours and coordinate with operations staff
● other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
● HSC holder or any equivalent qualifications
● Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
● Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
Other Requisites
● The ability to communicate effectively
● The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
● Strong customer service skills
Working Hours
● Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
● Saturday: 08:00 - 13h00 (On a rotation basis)
● Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
