Today, we are looking for a Channel Supervisor to join our TECNO team and contribute to the growth and development of our regional sales operations in the center.
Your Mission
As a Channel Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across assigned territories, supervising field operations, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.
You will act as a key link between strategy and execution, ensuring strong market coverage, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Field Force Supervision & Team Management
Supervise and support the field force team across assigned cities while monitoring KPIs, performance, and execution quality on the ground.
Distributor & Channel Management
Develop strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, monitor orders and product availability, and ensure proper market distribution.
Sales Execution & Brand Development
Execute sales strategies and promotional activities while strengthening TECNO’s visibility and market presence across the region.
Market Monitoring & Competitive Analysis
Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior while providing actionable market feedback to management.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, field activities, and market conditions while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
What We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or telecom/FMCG distribution
Previous experience managing field teams is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with good understanding of sales KPIs and retail operations
Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven profile
Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions
Personal vehicle is highly preferred
