Chikho Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals, and ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
Certificate or other relevant culinary qualification.
At least two (2) years of cooking experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
