Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate (Mandatory)
• Food Handler's Certificate
• Certificate in Food Production or a related qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
• Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
