* Control Capital Structure, Funding Methods & Cash Flow
* Oversee Internal Controls, Audit Procedures & Risk
Management
* Provide Financial Performance & Strategic opportunity advice
to the Board
* Oversee the Finance Staff

Your duties will include financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the Manager and senior management to make strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate should be a Charted Accountant with proven experience in financial management.
