Adhere to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness standards and procedures
Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils within the work station
Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately
Ensures prompt, courteous and accurate service to all internal customers, in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction
Responsible for the organization of work within the stewarding department, including assignments, time schedules and vacations.
Be eligible to perform 03 (THREE) split shifts per week upon Operational issues.
Responsible for the preparation of Operational Budgets of the department.
Responsible for coordinating with Engineering for repairs and maintenance
Conduct training to junior staffs to transfer knowledge on chemicals, SOPs, etc.
