The role
At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital. As a Claims Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the claims function through accurate administration, data management and documentation coordination. You will help maintain the quality and reliability of claims information, enabling efficient case tracking and supporting timely decision-making across the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records, ensuring all information is complete, consistent and reliable.
Organise and manage claims documentation and related information to support efficient retrieval, case tracking and audit readiness.
Prepare and compile supporting documents and background information required for claims review and assessment.
Assist with the preparation of basic claims reports by gathering, checking and summarising claims data, including claim status and outstanding actions.
Provide administrative and data support to the Head of Claims and wider claims team to facilitate effective review, follow-up and decision-making.
