Proactive, critical-thinking individuals, who will be able to contribute positively to the claims handling process and provide exceptional communication to policyholders
Minimum requirements:
- Completed degree, preferably BCom
- Very strong academic results
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
- Must be computer literate
- Must be professional
- Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
- Exceptional client service
- Must be able to communicate with various clusters of the business (various departments as well as service providers)
- No relevant experience necessary
- Providing advice to policyholders on making a claim and the processes involved
- Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim
- Responsible for the management of a claim from submission to completion
- Monitoring the progress of a claim
- Taking responsibility for productivity and profit
- Providing exceptional client service while confirming the extent as well as the validity of a claim
