Job Summary:
A reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Consultant to support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment. The role requires consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning and basic facility support services to ensure a conducive workplace.
Working Structure – Shift Basis
- The role operates on a shift basis.
- Exact working hours will be agreed based on office needs e.g., morning or afternoon shift.
- The Cleaner is expected to arrive on time, complete assigned tasks within the shift, and maintain consistency in attendance.
- Flexibility may be required occasionally to support special cleaning needs or urgent tasks.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and dust the office every day to keep it clean.
- Clean desks, chairs, and other office furniture.
- Empty trash bins and throw waste in the right place.
- Clean and wash toilets regularly and keep them fresh.
- Keep the area outside the office walkways and parking clean.
- Make sure the office is locked properly at the end of the day.
- Change light bulbs and turn on the generator when needed.
- Clear weeds and keep the surroundings neat grass, flowers, pathways.
- Report any issues or things that need repair.
- Do any other cleaning or support tasks given.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic reading and communication skills
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar work is an added advantage
- Must be reliable, honest, and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning tasks
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Willingness to work the required hours
