Purpose
Provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and client service excellence support to facilitate efficient insurance portfolio management and broking operations.
Main Duties
- Support SME & Private insurance portfolios across new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Prepare placing slips, debit notes, and policy documentation.
- Liaise with insurers for placement, issuance, and follow-ups.
- Maintain compliant records in line with broking and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Higher School Certificate
- 1 - 2 years’ hands-on experience in a similar position
