Richmond Finance Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
- Data protection requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
