Position: Client Services Attachees.
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. This role supports customer service, engagement and after-sales activities while offering hands-on workplace experience. Ideal for students looking for industrial attachment placements and seeking to grow their career in customer service and sales
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including enquiries, follow-ups, onboarding, surveys, and complaint resolution.
Support sales, customer retention, lead generation, promotions, and customer experience initiatives while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Assist branches with customer communication activities and contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
5 O’ Level passes including English Language
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp Business and social media. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities, with integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure.
