The successful candidate will be responsible for leading store teams, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across multiple stores.
- Manage store profitability through effective stock and expense control.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor sales results and implement improvement strategies where required.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and shrinkage control.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
