Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Coffee Agronomist to support the establishment and development of our new coffee farm. The role focuses on productivity improvement and sustainable farming systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agronomic plans 
• Establish nursery and planting systems 
• Monitor soil fertility and recommend improvements 
• Manage irrigation, pests, and diseases 
• Train and supervise farm workers 
• Improve coffee yield and quality 
• Prepare regular reports
