Purpose of the Job
To ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts and optimize cash flow by proactively managing customer accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in debt collection or credit control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
