Key Responsibilities
- Assessing Student Needs: When working with a student, you’ll need to assess their current knowledge and identify areas where they need assistance.
- Lesson Planning: Based on the student’s requirements, you’ll develop a structured lesson plan that outlines the topics to be covered and the teaching methods you’ll employ.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track the student’s progress. Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest educational methodologies, resources, and technologies.
- Communication with Parents or Guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress, areas of improvement, and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements
- BGSCSE / IGCSE Certicate
- Two years of experience
- Attended Tutoring Training & Education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least an A on a designated subject.
- Qualification in Education and Experience are added advantage.
