Espace Maison Ltée (Tamarin Shop) is seeking a customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations, telephone queries, loyalty programmes, and cash handling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk
  • Promote and administer loyalty cards to customers
  • Manage all telephone operations, including handling queries and requests
  • Assist in the efficient provision of After-Sales Services to customers
  • Manage cash/cheque deposits and process returns of products from customers
  • Act as alternate at the cash desk when required
  • Candidate Profile

    • Minimum qualification: School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC)
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to requests in a timely manner
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Well organised and methodical
