Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk

Promote and administer loyalty cards to customers

Manage all telephone operations, including handling queries and requests

Assist in the efficient provision of After-Sales Services to customers

Manage cash/cheque deposits and process returns of products from customers

Act as alternate at the cash desk when required
Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification: School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC)

Computer literate
-
Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to requests in a timely manner

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Well organised and methodical
