COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER (B2B)
Location: Lusaka or Ndola
Reporting To: B2B Manager
We are looking for a strong commercial professional to drive growth in the B2B segment across:
- Fuels
- LPG
- Lubricants
- Rubis Card
- Emerging energy solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets across B2B product lines.
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations within pricing and risk guidelines.
- Manage customer service, contracts, collections, and payment discipline.
- Work closely with Supply, Operations, and Finance.
- Track sales pipeline, market intelligence, and performance through CRM/ERP systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Postgraduate business studies are an added advantage.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in B2B sales within the energy, oil marketing, mining, or industrial sector.
- Experience in lubricants or technical product sales is an added advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office and ERP systems proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Results-driven, relationship-focused, and highly accountable.
