About the Company

ModulSquare is a fast-growing company specializing in modular buildings and prefabricated solutions for offices, housing, commercial spaces, and construction sites across Mauritius.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prospect new clients (B2B & B2C) across Mauritius

  • Manage incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media)

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable modular solutions

  • Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure

  • Coordinate with operations and management teams

  • Maintain client records and basic sales reporting

 

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Motivated, dynamic, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions

  • Basic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, Excel)

  • Driving licence is an advantage

  • Experience in sales, construction, or real estate is a plus
