As a Compliance, Enforcement and Dispute Resolution Executive you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law / BCom Law /LLB, plus a Certificate in Compliance Management, Management Development Programme. Top management position.Manage, develop, implement, maintain and improve compliance, enforcement and dispute resolution processes in accordance with applicable legislation, Collective Agreements, policies and guidelines. Manage, guide and direct staff. Experience with CCMA, Attorneys, Industry employers, Trade unions. Experience in compliance & enforcement and arbitration processes on a senior managerial level.
