COMPLIANCE OFFICER – SELEBI PHIKWE CITRUS PACKHOUSE – Selebi Phikwe Citrus (Pty) Ltd

Selebi Phikwe Citrus (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for its citrus packhouse operations in Selebi Phikwe, Botswana.

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the packhouse compliance systems to ensure adherence to food safety, quality, health and safety, and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor packhouse compliance systems and records.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and certification standards.
• Coordinate corrective actions and compliance reporting.
• Monitor health and safety requirements within the packhouse.
• Maintain chemical handling and storage records.
• Support management in achieving continuous compliance improvement.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Must possess, or be formally enrolled to obtain, the following qualifications:Food Safety and Quality
• Formal HACCP Team Leader qualification
• Knowledge of and training in BRCGS and TMPS HACCP standards
• Agricultural Compliance

• Health, Safety & Chemical Management
• Qualification or training in Occupational Health and Safety
• Qualification or training in Safe Handling of Chemicals Salary This position will be appointed at the applicable minimum wage level.
