Responsibilities:

Global Content & Publishing Operations:

  • Manage and execute publishing operations across websites, blogs, landing pages, product communication channels, and global communication platforms
  • Coordinate high-volume publishing schedules across multiple campaigns, launches, regions, and time zones
  • Ensure all published content aligns with approved messaging, communication structures, formatting standards, and campaign timelines
  • Maintain publishing accuracy across multilingual and multi-region communication environments
  • Coordinate publishing operations across editorial, launch, product, and campaign workflows

 

Paid Media & Advertising Operations:

  • Coordinate and support execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and related platforms
  • Manage campaign publishing schedules, ad deployment coordination, asset coordination, and operational tracking workflows
  • Monitor campaign execution consistency, pacing, and operational readiness
  • Coordinate with visual production, content, and strategy teams to ensure paid campaign assets and communication remain aligned
  • Support audience targeting coordination, campaign rollout execution, retargeting coordination, and platform operational management
  • Identify and escalate ad performance issues, platform inconsistencies, policy risks, or operational disruptions

 

Social Media & Community Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day social media operations across multiple global platforms
  • Manage inbound communication workflows, including comments, direct messages, audience engagement, and escalation handling
  • Ensure responses follow approved communication guidelines and escalation frameworks
  • Monitor community sentiment, engagement patterns, reputational risks, and communication consistency
  • Coordinate social communication activity during pre-launch, launch, and high-volume campaign cycles
  • Escalate sensitive, reputational, legal, or high-risk interactions immediately

 

Website, Blog & Communication Management:

  • Manage ongoing website content operations, blog publishing workflows, product communication updates, and landing page coordination
  • Ensure blogs, announcements, launch content, and communication updates are published accurately and consistently
  • Coordinate SEO-aware publishing structure, metadata coordination, formatting quality, link verification, and publishing readiness
  • Prevent outdated, unapproved, inconsistent, or incorrectly formatted communication from going live

 

Multi-Region & Multi-Language Operations:

  • Execute and coordinate communication workflows across multiple countries, regions, and audience segments
  • Coordinate multilingual publishing operations using approved translations and localized assets
  • Ensure consistency of communication structure, publishing quality, and platform behavior globally
  • Identify translation inconsistencies, formatting risks, regional communication issues, or operational conflicts for escalation

 

Governance, Workflow & Operational Control:

  • Operate within structured approval-driven communication systems
  • Ensure no unauthorized messaging, positioning, edits, or campaign deviations occur
  • Maintain operational logs, publishing records, campaign coordination tracking, and escalation documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with strategy, influencer operations, visual production, campaign, and leadership teams
  • Maintain stable communication operations during high-pressure launch and scaling periods

 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing enterprise-level social media and communication operations
  • Experience coordinating paid advertising or paid media operations across major platforms
  • Experience managing blogs, website publishing, landing pages, and campaign communication workflows
  • Strong understanding of platform operations across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and related ecosystems
  • Experience handling high-volume content operations and multi-platform publishing environments
  • Strong operational coordination, escalation management, and execution discipline
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Strong attention to detail, workflow management, and deadline execution
  • Comfortable operating within structured governance and approval systems

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in SaaS, AI, technology, startup, or high-growth global companies
  • Experience supporting pre-launch and launch communication operations
  • Experience coordinating global or multi-region communication workflows
  • Experience with paid media dashboards, publishing systems, CMS platforms, and social scheduling tools
  • Experience operating within enterprise-scale communication environments
