Hoedspruit, Limpopo: CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional preferably female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer
-Post admission Conveyancer experience advantageous / preferred
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Residing within daily commuting distance of Hoedspruit
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Conveyancer duties for law firm, attending to property related conveyancing duties (Property transfers, mortgage bond registrations, bond cancellations etc.)
-Drafting and reviewing of conveyancing-related documentation
-General conveyancer duties (Travel to Deeds Office, client liaison & correspondence in Afrikaans and English etc.)
Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross (Depending on post admission experience)
