Job Summary

  • We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Business Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative cosmetic products while aligning product execution with market demand, profitability, and strategic business growth.
  • This role requires more than formulation expertise,the ideal candidate must combinecosmetic science, project execution, and strong business acumen to transform product concepts into commercially successful, compliant, and scalable cosmetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cosmetic product development from concept, formulation, testing, regulatory compliance, and commercial launch
  • Conduct research on cosmetic trends, consumer behavior, ingredient innovation, and emerging market opportunities
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Evaluate product viability, pricing strategies, and commercial scalability
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, ESG, finance, and operations teams to align product development with business goals
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners
  • Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Present business cases, project performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7years’ experience in cosmetic product development, formulation, or project management
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, manufacturing, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from ideation to market launch
  • Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, and product profitability understanding
  • Experience working within FMCG, beauty, or manufacturing environments is an advantage
