Education & Qualifications

  • BTech/BCom Degree in Cost Management or Accounting (or studying towards).
  • CIMA qualification advantageous.
 
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
  • SAP R/3 essential, with strong knowledge of SAP CONTROLLING modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and attribute variable and fixed costs to respective accounts.
  • Track and maintain standard vs. actual costs and moving average costs.
  • Conduct product profit margin analysis (sales revenue vs. cost of sales).
  • Ensure accuracy of plant product cost criteria (materials, labour, overheads).
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain annual standard calculations for material, labour, and overhead.
  • Assist with internal and external audits (sales orders, purchase orders, expense reports, inventory transactions).
  • Participate in annual physical inventory and reconcile fluctuations.
  • Perform inventory/cost of sales account reconciliations.
  • Provide financial controlling support to unit managers.
  • Budget planning, monitoring, cost accounting, and cost calculation.
  • Complete monthly reporting for rail, truck, and group requirements.
  • Manage and report on Capex investments.
