A well-established company based in the Epping area is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Credit Administrator to join its finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within a professional financial environment.
Key Requirements- National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or credit administration role
- Strong working knowledge of BuildSmart software (essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain customer credit accounts
- Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on overdue accounts
- Perform credit checks and assist with credit application processing
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account queries
- Prepare debtor age analyses and management reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Capture and process receipts, journals, and account adjustments
- Support month-end reporting and finance administration functions
- Liaise with customers, internal departments, and management regarding account matters
