Creditors Clerk – Cape Town
A leading construction and infrastructure company is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join their finance team.
About the Role
- Process and reconcile creditor invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain creditor accounts and ensure payments are made in line with company policies.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for supplier and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Based in Cape Town.
