About the Role:
Detopsy Engineering is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Engagement Officer to strengthen client relationships and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, professional service delivery, and consistent satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Track customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant internal teams
- Support project teams with client updates, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Contribute to customer engagement strategies and service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
