The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, converting inquiries into customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of our cleaning and drone cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and guide prospective clients through available service options.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into paying customers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer experiences and promptly address concerns, complaints, or service-related issues.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
- Prepare customer engagement, feedback, and sales activity reports as required.
- Promote the company’s cleaning and drone cleaning services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention, referrals, and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in client engagement and success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.
