Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to support student enrolment, parent engagement, and overall customer satisfaction within our school community.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing excellent customer experience
- Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective parents via calls, emails, and other channels
- Coordinate and conduct school tours for prospective parents
- Support and implement the school’s admissions process, including application review and processing
Sales & Enrolment Growth:
- Drive enrolment conversion by meeting and exceeding set targets
- Apply a consultative approach to understand family needs and guide decision-making
- Manage leads from initial enquiry to enrolment using CRM tools e.g., HubSpot, Sales Cloud
- Track and report on key performance metrics calls, conversions, pipeline growth
- Handle objections effectively and propose suitable solutions to close enrolment
Marketing & Brand Support:
- Support management of the school’s social media platforms in collaboration with the marketing team
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve enrolment strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work with data-driven metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
