Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to support student enrolment, parent engagement, and overall customer satisfaction within our school community.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing excellent customer experience
  • Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective parents via calls, emails, and other channels
  • Coordinate and conduct school tours for prospective parents
  • Support and implement the school’s admissions process, including application review and processing

Sales & Enrolment Growth:

  • Drive enrolment conversion by meeting and exceeding set targets
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand family needs and guide decision-making
  • Manage leads from initial enquiry to enrolment using CRM tools e.g., HubSpot, Sales Cloud
  • Track and report on key performance metrics calls, conversions, pipeline growth
  • Handle objections effectively and propose suitable solutions to close enrolment

Marketing & Brand Support:

  • Support management of the school’s social media platforms in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve enrolment strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work with data-driven metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach.
