Job Details

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and growing an existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities within the supply chain and logistics environment. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, presenting business solutions, and driving revenue growth through additional product offerings and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and manage business appointments with clients
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer accounts
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Promote additional supply chain, freight, international, and warehousing solutions
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable business solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
  • Handle customer queries effectively and professionally
  • Identify and escalate risks to existing business relationships
  • Update call reports and CRM/Salesforce systems accurately
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships
