the expansion, of our Customer Service Department, we require for immediate
employment Customer Service Clerks.
As a Customer Service Clerk, you will assist
customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
Your role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high
service standards.
Your responsibilities
will include:
Respond
to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Handle
customer complaints and service requests professionally and efficiently.
Maintaining records of customer interactions in
our system.
Schedule
service appointments and follow up on repairs and warranty claims.
Prepare quotations.
Monitor
order status and keep customers informed of progress.
Assist Spare Parts Department in ordering spare
parts.
Support
the team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum SC
Previous experience in customer
service, sales support, or administration is an advantage.
Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and
problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
applications.
Ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
