This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
- Act as a liaison between head office, store teams, and customers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Support product launches by informing customers and addressing related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
- Take on additional tasks as requiredâevery day can be different.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident using MS Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Driverâs license and own transport advantageous.
- Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
