Our client, a dynamic player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success and Onboarding Agent who is fluent in German to join their team in Cape Town. Duties:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
  • Conduct online training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and serve as their primary advisor.
  • Monitor customer engagement proactively, identifying opportunities to enhance adoption and usage.
  • Assist customers in achieving their goals by recommending best practices and platform features.
  • Support customer retention efforts by identifying risks and resolving challenges early.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer success, onboarding, or related role.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and digital proficiency.
  • Ability to build rapport and consultative relationships with customers.
  • Good understanding of merchandise presentation and related concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in R programming language is advantageous.
