Our client, a dynamic player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success and Onboarding Agent who is fluent in German to join their team in Cape Town. Duties:
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
- Conduct online training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and serve as their primary advisor.
- Monitor customer engagement proactively, identifying opportunities to enhance adoption and usage.
- Assist customers in achieving their goals by recommending best practices and platform features.
- Support customer retention efforts by identifying risks and resolving challenges early.
- Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer success, onboarding, or related role.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and digital proficiency.
- Ability to build rapport and consultative relationships with customers.
- Good understanding of merchandise presentation and related concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in R programming language is advantageous.
