A well-established company based in Rosslyn is currently seeking a young, energetic, and professional Customer Support Administrator to join their team.This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing a busy customer support line.Previous experience within customer service or customer support will be highly advantageous. Minimum requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and patient approach when dealing with clients
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Basic administrative and organisational skills
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling general customer enquiries professionally
  • Sending approvals and CADs to clients
  • Communicating production lead times to customers
  • Receiving and following up on customer complaints
  • Reporting issues and complaints to management
  • Providing feedback to customers regarding complaints and enquiries
  • Receiving and communicating delivery addresses and customer information
  • General administration and support of the customer support line
