A well-established company based in Rosslyn is currently seeking a young, energetic, and professional Customer Support Administrator to join their team.This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing a busy customer support line.Previous experience within customer service or customer support will be highly advantageous.
Minimum requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient approach when dealing with clients
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative
- Basic administrative and organisational skills
- Previous customer service or customer support experience will be beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general customer enquiries professionally
- Sending approvals and CADs to clients
- Communicating production lead times to customers
- Receiving and following up on customer complaints
- Reporting issues and complaints to management
- Providing feedback to customers regarding complaints and enquiries
- Receiving and communicating delivery addresses and customer information
- General administration and support of the customer support line
