Company and Job Description:
Our client is a well-established organisation requiring immediate support within their finance team for a fixed-term contract of up to three months. They are seeking a highly experienced Debtors and Creditors Clerk to assist with the management of substantial debtor and creditor portfolios while ensuring the accurate processing of high transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-function debtors and creditors processes
- Process high volumes of invoices, payments, and account allocations accurately and timeously
- Reconcile supplier statements, customer accounts, and ledger balances
- Follow up on outstanding debtors and resolve account queries
- Maintain large-value debtor and creditor books
- Assist with month-end reporting and finance administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Finance qualification advantageous
Experience:- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Debtors and Creditors Clerk role
- Proven experience managing large-value debtor and creditor books
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices and transactions
- Exposure to multiple industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, Distribution, Retail, Services, or similar
- Available immediately or on short notice
Skills:- Strong ERP systems experience is essential (SAP, Sage, Syspro, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
