Responsibilities:
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime
- Liaise with production, sales and warehouse team on production planning
- Ensure production runs according to plan
- Monitor job progress across departments
- Update BOMs (Bill of Materials)
- Ensure proper documentation for each job (job cards, production sheets)
- Calculate raw material needs
- Raise material requisitions in advance to avoid stock-outs
- Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of materials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5years of work experience in same role in a manufacturing industry
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc/HND
- Good use of SAP/Excel is an added advantage
Remuneration; NGN 300,000-400,000 depending on experience
