Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality mechanical components and systems aligned with project requirements
- Reverse engineer measuring equipment, analysing existing designs to recreate, improve, and optimise performance
- Translate concepts into detailed engineering drawings and production-ready designs
- Drive seamless integration between design and production, ensuring manufacturability and efficiency
- Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to deliver robust solutions
- Conduct testing, validation, and design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across design and manufacturing processes
- Maintain precise and up-to-date technical documentation
Minimum Requirements:- BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design within a production environment
- Hands-on experience with reverse engineering and measuring equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar
- Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
