Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage the company's social media handles, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, articles, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor online customer interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives.


Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Email Marketing
  • Marketing Automation
  • Digital Advertising Platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar applications.


Analytical and Strategic Skills

The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical prowess, including the ability to:

  • Interpret digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and online sentiment.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, impressions, engagement rates, lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve customer experience.
