Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media handles, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, articles, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor online customer interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
