Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, customer acquisition efforts, e-commerce growth initiatives, and brand visibility across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage annual digital marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maximize return on advertising spend ROAS.

Social Media Management A KEY PLANK:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for the group.
  • Create and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Produce engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
  • Manage brand communities and respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, influencers, and industry developments.
  • Track, analyze and report performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Create content and handle content creation activities, including photography, videography, and influencer partnerships.
  • Grow followers, engagement rates, website traffic, and social commerce performance.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and luxury retail standards across all platforms.

E-Commerce & Online Sales:

  • Drive traffic, lead generation, and online sales growth.
  • Collaborate with retail and sales teams to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Develop strategies for abandoned cart recovery, customer reactivation, and repeat purchases.

Content & Brand Marketing:

  • Handle digital content strategy across websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

SEO & CRM:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage email marketing, CRM campaigns, and customer database growth.
  • Implement marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing e-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is highly desirable.
