Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, customer acquisition efforts, e-commerce growth initiatives, and brand visibility across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives across all digital platforms.
- Develop and manage annual digital marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize return on advertising spend ROAS.
Social Media Management A KEY PLANK:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for the group.
- Create and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Produce engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage brand communities and respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, influencers, and industry developments.
- Track, analyze and report performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Create content and handle content creation activities, including photography, videography, and influencer partnerships.
- Grow followers, engagement rates, website traffic, and social commerce performance.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and luxury retail standards across all platforms.
E-Commerce & Online Sales:
- Drive traffic, lead generation, and online sales growth.
- Collaborate with retail and sales teams to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Develop strategies for abandoned cart recovery, customer reactivation, and repeat purchases.
Content & Brand Marketing:
- Handle digital content strategy across websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize data and customer insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
SEO & CRM:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Manage email marketing, CRM campaigns, and customer database growth.
- Implement marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is highly desirable.
