Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Planning and carrying out marketing activities to agreed budgets and sales volumes
- Market company’s products i.e. vaults, tombstones, refurbishments, hall rental. etc through various platforms to clients
- Carry out market research, and customer surveys
- Schedule hall events and bookings/reservations that are devoid of time clash.
- Follow up with clients in ensuring that all burial documents are complete.
Community Engagement:
- Handle/Follow up on client’s enquiry/complaint and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster online relationships with followers, clients, and influencers.
Operational functions:
- Follow up with Account Dept. on the issuance of invoice and receipts to clients.
- Allocate vaults to the buying client after fulfilling all necessary requirements.
- Engage in all burials and memorials.
Social Media Strategy and Marketing:
- Take pictures during events for content creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Stay updated on trends to create relevant and shareable content.
- Collaborate internally with other units to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor online reviews and address feedback constructively.
Campaigns and Collaboration:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
- Report to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing/customer service in an environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling client’s complaints and/or requests
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
