Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Direct Sales Agents
  • Drive achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in assigned areas
  • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum BGCSE Certificate
  • COP – Long / Short term
  • Proven experience in sales and team leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of financial services products will be an added advantage
  • Valid driver’s license is advantageous
